Ask your agency.

Five questions to get answered in writing before you sign. Copy the message and send it yourself. We never see it.

What a good answer looks like

  • A registered company name, not just a brand.
  • A percentage in plain numbers, and what it applies to.
  • A contract length and an exit you can read in one sentence, for example “12 months, 30 days’ written notice, no penalty”.
  • A payout date or cycle for your money, for example “monthly, by the 10th”.
  • A direct contact and an address you can look up.

Take a step back if…

  • They won't put it in writing.
  • They promise guaranteed income or “no risk”.
  • They ask for your passwords or your payout details.
  • They push you to sign today.

This is a checklist, not legal advice. A written answer is not a guarantee, so still read the contract. Free tools: the contract checker and the commission calculator. To see whether an agency has applied for an Above Board seal, search the register; no result says nothing about an agency.
