What if we don't pass?

Nothing is published. You get a written fix list and one free re-check within 90 days. A failed audit never appears on the register.

Will you contact our creators?

Yes. Direct confirmation from creators is the heart of the audit. We contact every creator on rosters of 25 or fewer, and a random sample of 25 plus 10% of the rest on larger rosters. We ask only what the standard requires, and we never publish anything about a creator.

Do we have to hand over creator passwords or earnings?

No. We never ask for passwords. Earnings data is reviewed only with each creator's consent, and payout statements are checked for the sampled creators only.

Can we pay for a better result, a higher ranking or a faster badge?

No. The fee is flat, the same pass or fail, and there are no rankings, sponsored listings or expedited badges. Our integrity rules.

What does certification not mean?

It confirms you met a published standard at the time of audit. It isn't a guarantee of creators' earnings, an endorsement of a specific contract, or legal advice. We say so on every profile.

How long does it last?

Twelve months, with one unannounced mid-term check. Renewal starts 60 days before expiry. A credible complaint can trigger a re-check at any time.
