Six checks.
All six must be on your own public website. We read it; we don’t log in, contact creators or ask for documents.
- Legal company name. The website names its own registered company.
- Commission. The website states its commission or payout split.
- Contract length and exit terms. The website says how long a contract runs and how a creator leaves.
- Payout timing. The website says when creators are paid.
- Real contact details. A direct email or phone number, plus a business address or country of registration.
- No red-flag claims. No guaranteed income, “no risk” promises, or requests for creators’ logins.
What it is not.
Not an audit
We don’t review contracts, payouts, account control or how creators are treated. Reviewed only confirms what the website says.
Not Agency Verified
Reviewed has its own seal: an outline mark with the word “Reviewed” and no checkmark. Only Agency Verified and Studio Certified carry the checkmark and the solid seal. Seal IDs start AB-R- for Reviewed and AB-A- for Verified.
Not a ranking
There is no score or grade. A website shows all six or it doesn’t.
How it works.
- Apply and pay. $249 a year, billed yearly. We never list an agency that hasn’t applied.
- Issued within 2 business days of payment if the site shows all six. Valid 12 months.
- If it doesn’t, you get the specific missing items and one free re-review within 60 days. If the site still fails after the re-review, the $249 is refunded in full. Nothing is published.
- The register says what was checked. Every entry states plainly that this is public disclosures only, with contracts and payouts not audited. Lapsed, suspended and revoked statuses show on the register the same day.
- Rechecked every month. An automatic recheck runs monthly on every Reviewed site. If a required item disappears, you get 14 days to restore it. After that the seal shows Lapsed.
- Renews yearly. Before each renewal we recheck the site and give you 14 days’ notice.
- Credit toward the audit. 100% of the fee credits toward Agency Verified or Studio Certified if you apply within 90 days of your Reviewed seal. After that, no credit.
