Pay you can check
Models can see what the platform paid for their work and the percentage they receive. Payouts arrive in full and on time, as the contract says.
No fines, no deductions
No fines for lateness, missed hours or targets, and no unexplained deductions from pay.
The right to refuse
Models choose what they do on camera and can end a show or a shift without penalty.
A safe workplace
Private, lockable rooms, safe equipment, working hours within local law and no pressure from management during shows.
Their own accounts
Where the platform allows it, models own their performer accounts and can take them when they leave.
How the visit works
Unannounced
Within a 30-day window agreed in the scope. You don't know the day.
Walk-through
Rooms, equipment, posted rules, sign-in records and pay records on site.
Private interviews
With models, without management present, in their language.
Red lines (automatic fail)
- Fines or deductions for lateness, targets or refusals (9.7)
- Pay that models can't check, or that arrives late (9.4)
- Any penalty for refusing an act (9.6)
- Cameras in restrooms or changing areas (9.2)
- Shifts over 10 hours, or no breaks (9.3)
- Any model under 18 (8.3)
