Account control
Creators keep their own login, email and two-factor. Agency staff work through the platform's manager or team access, never a shared password. Payout details belong to the creator.
Commission as signed
We reconcile three months of payouts for every sampled creator against the contract rate, and check whether commission is taken on gross or net.
Chat and impersonation
If staff message fans as the creator, the creator has agreed in writing, fans are told where platform rules require it, and chatters are paid fairly.
Contract exit
Six months' minimum term at most, notice of 60 days or less and no exit penalties. No permanent rights to content or likeness, including AI.
Age and consent
Identity and age checks for every person who appears in content, every time, with records.

- Your current creator contract template and every variation in use
- A full roster, so we can contact creators directly
- Screenshots of platform access settings, confirmed by each sampled creator
- Three months of payout statements for sampled creators
- Chat disclosure policy and chatter pay records, if you use chatters
- Age and ID verification logs
