Creator Rights Center / Leaving an agency

Leaving an agency.

You should be able to leave without losing your account, your fans or money you've earned. Here's how to do it cleanly.

Your exit checklist

  1. Read your notice clause

Find how much notice you must give and how. Give it in writing, by email, and keep a copy.

  2. Secure your accounts first

Change passwords, reset two-factor, remove agency sessions and confirm payout details are yours. Do this the day you give notice.

  3. Ask for a final statement

Commission is owed only on what you earned while the contract ran. Ask for a final statement and check it against your dashboard.

  4. Confirm content rights end

Any licence to your content, and any right to use your likeness or AI versions of you, should end with the contract.

  5. Save everything

Contract, messages, statements and screenshots, stored where the agency can't reach them.

If they won't let go

Threats, exit fees, holding your account or withholding earned money are serious. Contact the platform's support about the account, get legal advice where you live, and report it to us. If the business is certified, a credible report can lead to suspension.

General information, not legal advice. If you're in danger, contact emergency services first.
