The checklist

What is the legal company name, and where is it registered?
What is your commission, and what is it calculated on (gross, or after the platform's fee)?
What other fees, fines or charges apply?
How long is the contract, and does it renew by itself?
How do I leave: notice period, form of notice and any penalty?
When and how am I paid, and what statement do I get?
Who controls my accounts, logins, two-factor codes and payout details? (It should be me.)
Who owns my content and my name and likeness, and are AI copies allowed?
Who can I contact, by email or phone, and at what address?

What if the answers are different from the contract?
